At BUCKETSQUAD, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and services. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to ensure a hassle-free experience for you. Therefore, we have established the following return policy:
Eligibility for Return: 1.1 Only unworn and unwashed products will be considered for return. 1.2 The product must be returned with all original shipping materials, including tags, labels, and packaging, in good condition. 1.3a Presale items have a varying delivery time based on each presale. Please see the description for estimated timeframe for all presales. If an item that is in-stock is purchased with a presale item, both items will be shipped together when presale item is ready to be fulfilled. If the customer wishes to have the in-stock item right away, the customer will need to create two separate orders. One for presale, one for in-stock items. 1.3b Due to the nature of PRESALE, all items that are presale are not eligible for cancellation or refund while the fulfillment time frame is underway. Presale items are made to order to avoid over production. If a customer needs to make an address change, and we can make the adjustment before shipment, our team will do their best. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org 1.4 "Mystery Shorts" and "Mystery Shirts" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 1.5 The product "Bucketsquad 1" Shoes are not eligible for return or exchanges. All sales are final.
Return Timeframe: 2.1 Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. 2.2 After 7 days, we regret that we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
Return Process: 3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at SUPPORT@BUCKETSQUAD.COM to receive instructions for returns.
Shipping Costs: 4.1 The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. 4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. 4.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Method: 5.1 We only offer merchandise credit for returned items. 5.2 Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected for eligibility. 5.3 If we find that the product is not in unworn and unwashed selling condition, the product will be returned at the buyer's expense or partial merchandise credit will be given.
Damaged or Defective Products: 7.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. 7.2 We will provide a prepaid return label in such cases, and we will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please note that BUCKETSQUAD reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or those received after the specified timeframe.
