All presale orders will ship out 3 weeks after the closing date of the presale. Items are made to order, so please be patient as we prepare your package. Manufacturing typically takes about 3 weeks to complete, and we will ship out orders as soon as all items arrive at our warehouse.
If you have a change of address, or wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us at Support@Bucketsquad.com for assistance. If your order has not been prepared, we will cancel your order. If it's already been packaged, you will have to request a refund upon receiving your package within 7 business days.
