Return Policy
Start a Return
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Start a return HERE and follow the instructions. You'll receive all the necessary details before dropping off your parcel at the drop-off point.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.
- If and when your return has been accepted, Bucketsquad will send you a packing slip to be included in your package so that it can be identified.
- Bucketsquad reserves the right to refuse returns that do not include the necessary paperwork.
- International return is not accepted at this time
Return and Exchange Policy (US and International Orders)
Bucketsquad gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective inventory merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be mailed back and received within 30 days of acceptance of your return request to receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to increased holiday volume we are unable to make changes nor cancel orders after they are placed.
Merchandise must be in original condition; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
Holiday Returns
For orders placed on 11/24 through 12/1 we are honoring return requests submitted until 1/2/26.
Returning a Gift
Start a Gift Return: Start a gift return HERE and follow the instructions to start the return process.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Bucketsquad Gift Card that will be sent via email. Please include your email address and the original order number if available.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on online merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Promotions and Price Adjustments
Price adjustments, cancelation requests, or refund requests based on difference between current price, price at time of purchase, or promotional price will not be granted. The price paid at time of purchase is final.
All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All promotional discounts or incentives are final at time of promotion. There will be no retroactive adjustments granted. Bucketsquad reserves the right to refuse requests in conflict with this policy. To stay on top of our latest sales and promotions, make sure to sign up for email and text.
Please note that BUCKETSQUAD reserves the right to refuse any requests that do not meet the above criteria or those received after the specified timeframe.
