How much does shipping cost?

Domestic

Standard shipping (3-7 business days) is free on all U.S. orders. You also have the option to select express shipping for a flat rate of $25 at checkout (1-2 business days)

 

International

International shipping prices vary by territory and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders can take 1-4 weeks to be delivered based on your country of residence. 

* PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country. Ballislife is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer.This applies only to International orders. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@ballislife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

* PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will not be processed and ready for shipment until Monday (Tuesday during holiday weekends).

 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 

Domestic orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered. International orders take longer (1-4 weeks). 

How long does it take international orders to be delivered?

It can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your location. Please make sure to fill out all information correctly when submitting your order. Also, please be sure to include a phone number. 

 

Any order that comes back to us internationally will be subject to paying for shipping a second time. If you do not wish to pay for shipping a second time and instead would like a refund at this point, we will refund your order minus the shipping charge that we had incurred.

What shipping service do you use? 

We use USPS or UPS for all of our orders.

 

All orders come with a tracking number that is sent out via email once the order is processed. If you do not receive this email within 1-3 business days, please contact sales@ballislife.com

How do I start a return?

Please email sales@ballislife.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

* PLEASE NOTE: clearance and personalized items are not eligible for return. 

How many days until I can no longer return an item? 

You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and the returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery (customer is responsible for shipping costs). Please contact sales@ballislife.com to initiate a return.

My package was sent back to Ballislife, what do I do? 

If your package was sent back to us due to your error in address, you will have to pay for shipping for the second shipment back to you. Please email us at sales@ballislife.com once your order is sent back to us. If we made a mistake, we will gladly re-ship the order. 

 

My item came damaged, what do I do? 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ballislife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

My item is too big, or too small, can I exchange it? 

You can exchange for different sizes but not different items. Please contact sales@ballislife.com for exchange requests within 5 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition with the original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to exchange it. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue store credit back onto your account.

I was sent the wrong item, what do I do?

Please contact sales@ballislife.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. All international orders incur shipping costs.
