Q: Where is my order?

A: During the busy holiday season, orders typically take 5–7 days to ship and another 5–7 days to deliver. Pre-order items have specific ship dates on their product pages. Outside of holidays, orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email once your package ships.

Q: How can I return an item?

A: Use our quick return portal here. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges.

Q: How does your sizing work?

A: Please refer to sizing charts here.

Q: I placed one order but why do I have multiple charges on my account?

A: These are holds placed by your bank and usually drop off within 24–48 hours after the initial charge processes.

Q: When will you be restocking?

A: We restock fan favorites often. We can't provide exact dates, but sign up for Restock Notifications for the specific item you're looking for.

Q: Where is my gift card?

A: Gift cards from returns or purchases sometimes go to your spam folder. Please check there; if you can't find it, we will resend it.

Q: I received damaged product, what should I do?

A: Please contact us with your order number, a photograph, and details about the damage.
