SHIPPING POLICY

We know you’re excited to get your order, so we process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holiday fulfillment (see below). As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order. For best chances of your order arriving by 12/24 make sure to place your order by 12/15. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your items arrive as soon as possible.

Pre-orders and Combined Orders

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item along with a ready-to-ship item, please note that we’ll hold your order until the pre-order item is ready to ship. This way, we can send everything out together in one package!
