We’re just as excited as you are for you to get your order!

Please allow 3–5 full business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before your order ships. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

Heads up: During high-volume times like holiday sales or new drops, order processing may take up to 10 business days before shipping.

Pre-Orders & Combined Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll ship the full order once all items in the order are ready to ship. We do this to reduce packaging waste and keep shipping efficient.
