We offer free shipping to the US for all orders over $100 to our domestic customers. For all other locations, or if you haven't hit the threshold, shipping will be calculated at checkout and determined on order weight and location of delivery.

If you’ve purchased a preorder item along with a ready-to-ship item, please note that we’ll hold your order until the preorder item is ready to ship. This way, we can send everything out together in one package!

Most orders are eligible for return and full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including in the case of an exchange), and any original shipping fees will not be refunded.
