If you’ve purchased a preorder item along with a ready-to-ship item, please note that we’ll hold your order until the preorder item is ready to ship. This way, we can send everything out together in one package!

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached and in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including for exchanges), and original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Some items are exempt from returns, such as presale and “mystery” items. Learn more.
