Shipping
We offer free shipping to the US for all orders over $150 to our domestic customers. For all other locations, or if you haven't hit the threshold, shipping will be calculated at checkout and determined on order weight and location of delivery.
If you’ve purchased a preorder item along with a ready-to-ship item, please note that we’ll hold your order until the preorder item is ready to ship. This way, we can send everything out together in one package!
Returns & Exchanges
Most orders are eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached and in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (including for exchanges), and original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Some items are exempt from returns, such as presale and “mystery” items. Learn more.

The literal website said, "Order your child's regular size."
I did what I was told and ended up with a SUPER excited boy who wore each once with the hopes of "making them work." Ultimately, he decided on giving up because they looked ridiculous.
